Product description: Tamarind concentrate is prepared from Tamarind pulp free from skin, seed, fibres etc. Only edible portion is used.

Uses: For making household preparations like sambars, rasams, chutneys, sauces in south and north Indian dishes. This gives a sour tinge to the prouct and enhances flavour of those dishes.
